Chapter 8 Corona, Chapter 81 in Germany-Still in Quarantine?

Yeah, so theoretically we are out of quarantine, but everything has stayed about the same. This week we will be able to start meeting with some people in person, but there are still quite a few restrictions and tbh I just don't exactly know what is and isn't allowed. But our work is continuing to go amazingly well.

I didn't email last week, so I'll catch you all up just a little bit. So we have been teaching a ton of people. Right now we are currently teaching 22 different people and still have handfuls of people that are interested to learn more, but it is really hard to juggle all those people. Not to mention that they all live in different time zones. Elder Steanson and I are both wizards now with knowing what country is in what time zone :)

We have 3 international friends that have expressed a desire to be baptized. One of the lives in the Philippines, one in the Republic of the Congo, and one in Gabon. We are trying our best to get contact with people in those countries, but it is a little difficult at the moment. One of the most tender moments of my mission was with our friend Clarry in the Philippines. We have been calling her about every other day and teaching. She told us on the 2 or 3 meeting that she had recently been praying for someone to help her grow her faith and she was looking for something more in her life. She said within a few days of praying that I contacted her and asked her if she was interested in learning more about the restored gospel. She knew that it was an answer to her prayer and she has accepted every invitation we have given her and even asks us for chapters and wants us to send her questions to reflect on as she reads. It is really amazing. Our other friend in Gabon is almost equally as miraculous. The church presence has only been in Gabon since 2013 and so the congregations there are very small and there are only 2 in the whole country. Luckily he lives in the capital right next to one. He said he converted to Christianity very recently after a dream that he had. He then told us after our first "texting lesson" (b/c the connection is bad) he prayed to know if Joseph Smith was a prophet and the Book of Mormon was true. He then told us the next time we talked that he already knew it was true. He also accepted a baptismal invitation.

It has been a miracle working with these people and others across the world. I pray everyday that the Lord will give us enough strength to stare at our screens for 7+ hours a day. Somehow I have never really gotten a headache. (I think my countless hours playing video games prepared me well #Iknewitwasforsomething

Well, we had a fun pday today as well. We visited these famous gardens from the 1500s. It was pretty fun. Here are some pics.

Love yall! Only 99 days left :0
