Well. Ya this week was pretty uneventful and kinda disappointing, but hey the low weeks make the high weeks better. #oppositioninallthings
So the 2 miracle finds last Sunday, actually are not interested at all so that was a heartbreaker because both seemed so promising up front. We had another appointment planned with the woman that has read most of the Book of Mormon, but it fell out again and we havent been able to get ahold of her again... We also had an appointment planned with the family in Gera butttt there has been consturction on the trains and so there were only busses and we werent able to get there so that fell out too.... Ya, kind of a bummer week.
But here are a few good things that happened (gotta look for the good things everyday). The best part of the week was on Sunday a older member couple that we have been visiting for a while was able to make it to church for the first time in 7-8 months which was awesome. The ward was really excited to see them back. Also our street contacting and dooring has been pretty good overall the past week or so. Also our friend Alex that moved to Worms told us that he is going to be baptized! So that was also super exciting. But ya --- I guess sometimes we just have to experience a variety of things to make the good, better.

Oh also a funny story. So I made cheesecake (thanks Mom for the recipe), and I brought it to our district meeting (also because it was Sister Pingrees birthday) and it was super good and all. Then about 3 hours later I had to go to the bathroom baaadd. Then about 30 minutes after that we get a text from the Leipzig Elders asking how are stomachs are... and I'm like crapppp I just somehow poisoned the whole district with the cheesecake. I asked the rest of the district and they said they felt fine. So it wasn"t the cheesecake -- but the nightbefore we were on exchange and we had ribs and also the leipzig elders got dr. pepper and root beer from a member (these dont exsist in germany btw) and so we all binged on american soda. I had 6 cans in 24 hours and the leipzig elders had like 4 i think. So we think it was actually that probably.... So that is the time I almost poisoned the district.
